Payment, Shipping & Returns Policy
The prices of the Products are subject to change without any prior notice, and at the sole discretion of Anchor Socks. In respect of payment for any product(s) that are ordered on the website, you will have the option to make payments either in cash, card or UPI.
Upon initiating a transaction for the purchase of any products through credit card or debit card or net banking, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway for making payment. In this regard, we may enter into an agreement with third-party payment gateway aggregators, and nodal banks for the purpose of collection, remittance and retention of the payments made by you. In respect of the payment mechanisms offered on the website, and your use thereof, we shall not be liable in any manner for any loss or damage that may be caused to you on account of any issues arising out of the transaction and/or the payment mechanism, including any interruption or cancellation thereof, for any reasons whatsoever.
All orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The shipping charges may vary or be subject to change based on the quantity/order placed.
If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 7-10 business days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. If there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
During Festive Season, Gifting for Special Occasions or Bulk Orders customers are advised to place order 10 – 15 days in advance of the required delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
At Anchor Socks it is extremely important to us that you enjoy our high-quality products and receive superior customer service.
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, please fill in our Returns Form (link to form)
We will refund the full value of any products provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us email@example.com and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
Refunds can take up to 7 – 15 days to reflect in your account after we receive our product back. Returns after 3 days are not eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Delivered in a physically damaged condition;
- Quality or size issue;
- Different from the order placed.
